1937 Ford 1/2-ton Pickup Restoration

This custom 1937 Ford Pickup is nearly completed and is an excellent example of the restoration and metal fabrication work done here at Bowden's Auto Body.

Restorations and Modifications:

~ Rust repair to cab ~

~ Widened all four fenders 2-inches, fabricated front fenders and running boards from scratch ~

~ Custom running boards with louvered belly pans running their length ~

~ Added front and lower panels to bed sides and bead rolled to extend factory lines ~

~ Fabricated rear roll-pan with louvers ~

~ Custom made headlamp buckets designed to look like originals ~

~ Added custom louvers to new Rootlieb hood sides ~

~ Power windows added to doors and rear window ~

~ Blown 302 Ford stroked to 347, with custom headers and exhaust ~

~ Custom dash board with '57 T-Bird controls for AC, Vintage Air AC/heat system with custom air vents and custom Limeworks steering column ~
